You never know if you're doing it right.

Now you do. A coach watches your alignment against a real teacher's, thirty times a second, and speaks up only when it's sure.

Noa's Downward Dog with the skeleton the coach sees. Real footage, real analysis.

No routine to build. Just three checks before you flow.

The coach joins the practice, it doesn't replace it.

Pick a class

Start with Noa's Sun Salutation, coached in full. Bringing your own YouTube class is coming with Plus.

Set your laptop on the floor

Step into the outline. Side view, whole body in frame, decent light. It checks all three before it starts, so you never wonder.

Practice

It compares your alignment to the teacher's thirty times a second and says one thing at a time. When it isn't sure, it stays quiet.

Try it on one pose.

Pick one of Noa's holds, hold it for twenty seconds, hear one cue. Decide for yourself if it's worth a mat's width of your floor.

Camera stays here. Pose detection runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is recorded.
No account first. You see your result, then you decide whether to keep it.
Nothing to install. Works in Chrome, Edge and Safari on a laptop or tablet. Put it on the floor, three steps away, side-on.
Pick a pose

Which pose?

Noa holds the pose on the left. You hold it on the right. The coach compares the two.

Practice with Noa.

Every class on the platform is pose-synced: the coach knows exactly where the teacher is, so it can tell you exactly where you are.

Questions people ask.

Does my video get uploaded anywhere?

No. Pose detection runs inside your browser on your own device. What leaves your device is the summary of a practice: which poses, which cues. And only if you choose to save it.

Will it work with the YouTube teacher I already follow?

Not yet — that's the first thing Plus adds. Today Drashta coaches Noa's classes in full. Join the waitlist and we'll write the day it opens.

What do I need?

A laptop or tablet with a camera, a browser, and about two and a half metres of floor from the screen. Side view works best. It checks your framing and light before every practice.

Is it going to judge me?

It says one thing at a time, in the language a good teacher uses: "if it's available to you, straighten the legs a touch more." No numbers in your face during practice, and you can turn the voice off and read the cues afterwards instead.
